This is the first time that I have seen a weather warning like this. You just don’t see warnings of snow and ice pellets crashing down, branches and electrical wires breaking under the weight of the ice in the UK, and to be honest, I’m not complaining, especially when it is officially spring, that’s just not fair…here is hoping that spring does raise its head again, soon.
These are just a few photos I took of some of the conditions that had been created by the freezing ice, very tricky to walk on, no outages of power thank goodness but thousands have been affected, hope it all gets better soon….Brrrrr!
