A very welcome treat, I personally have never had this before, it was very, very sweet and just came at the right time, yum yum.
I loved the whole process of how this is prepared, can’t wait to go back and try some more, well, just a little bit more.
That stall holder is a very determined man!!!

Yep, determined is one way of describing what he is doing, at a temperature of at least -30, he was still smiling as he served (at least that’s what I thought he was doing!).
